Posti has been awarded as the winner in the carbon reduction category of the World Sustainability Awards 2021. A total of seven international companies such as Heineken and Bayer had been selected for the finals. The World Sustainability Awards is a competition organized in conjunction with the renowned sustainability assessor EcoVadis, in which an international jury awards companies in 12 sustainability series such as emission reductions, the circular economy, and human rights.
By the end of last year, we managed to reduce our emissions by 34% compared to 2007. Our current goal is to have zero emissions for all of our own emissions, as well as all transportation, by 2030. Last year, we reduced ouer emissions by 14 percent.
