Suomen Transval Group Oy has sold the entire share capital of its subsidiary KV Turva to KST Vartiointi Oy.
The transaction has been completed on 22.12.2022, and as a result, KV Turva's business and its employment relationships have been transferred to KST Vartiointi Oy. The parties have agreed that the transaction price will not be disclosed.
