Posti Oy has sold the entire share capital of Transval Myymäläpalvelut Oy to Joblink Oy on September 1, 2023.
As a result of the transaction, Transval Myymäläpalvelut Oy is now part of Joblink Group. Services to customers will continue unchanged. The parties have agreed not to disclose the transaction price.
"Our focus is on seeking growth in warehousing and logistics outsourcing services. For this reason, we have decided to discontinue our shelving services," says Sakari Kiiskinen, head of Transval.
Joblink is a Finnish staffing company founded in 2006, focusing on providing high quality staffing solutions, in particular shelving services, to the retail sector. The company is one of the leading players in the retail sector in the Helsinki metropolitan area, employing around 3,500 people.
