PERI Suomi Ltd Oy was founded in 1993, and it is a subsidiary wholly owned by PERI GmbH. PERI Suomi rents and sells formwork, support and scaffolding products manufactured by its parent company as well as related services and products.
The company also offers added-value services such as the pre-assembly of concrete formwork for construction sites in their own facilities. PERI Suomi has an extensive sales and design organisation that, together with a site’s main contractor and formwork contractor, aims to find the best possible solution for each situation.
In their Hyvinkää warehouse, the formwork returned by customers is cleaned, inspected and, if necessary, repaired. After the return process is completed, the products are stored for the next use. At the delivery end, equipment is collected and packed according to specific lists.
As sales grow, the amount of work increases and more employees are needed. The company chose Transval as their partner.
“We have been very happy with Transval, and especially the recruited employees. Our contact persons at Transval understand our needs. Their promises and delivery times have also proven to be very accurate, so we have expanded our collaboration to cover wheel loader acquisition and various contracting projects.” -Antti Suominen, Logistics Manager, PERI Suomi Ltd Oy
PERI Suomi’s references include several Länsimetro stations and Ring Rail Line train stations, the Helsinki Music Centre, Entertainment Centre Flamingo, the New Children’s Hospital and the Sámi Cultural Centre Sajos in Inari. Globally, PERI has designed and delivered the formwork for e.g. the Panama Canal expansion project, the Evolution Tower in Moscow and the 412 metre tall Al Hamra Tower in Kuwait.
